1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fantastic Transportation platform, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fantastic Transportation provides a transportation management system used by drivers, hotel partners, and clients to coordinate ground transportation services in the Miami, Florida area. The platform includes a web-based admin panel and a mobile application for drivers.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register with a valid phone number. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The phone number you provide belongs to you
  • The information you provide is accurate and up to date
  • You will keep your account credentials confidential

4. SMS & WhatsApp Consent

By providing your phone number and using the Service, you expressly consent to receive SMS and/or WhatsApp messages from Fantastic Transportation, including:

  • One-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification and login
  • Trip reminders and booking confirmations
  • Driver assignment and real-time arrival notifications
  • Important service updates related to your booking

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

5. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers using the Fantastic platform agree to:

  • Maintain a valid driver's license and any required permits
  • Enable location sharing during active trips as required by the platform
  • Respond promptly to trip assignments
  • Conduct all trips in a safe and professional manner
  • Not share their account credentials with any other person

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Transmit unauthorized communications or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

Fantastic Transportation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific trip or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Service, other users, or our business operations.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
