Fantastic Tours Inc. (“Fantastic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a transportation company based in Miami, Florida. We operate a transportation management platform used by our drivers, hotel partners, and clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile app, web platform, or receive communications from us.

2. Information We Collect

  • Phone number — collected when you register or book a service. Used to send verification codes and service notifications.
  • Email address — optional. Used for account access on the web platform.
  • Full name — used to identify you within the platform.
  • Location data — collected from drivers during active trips to display real-time position to dispatchers. Not collected from clients.
  • Trip information — pickup and dropoff addresses, dates, and times related to your bookings.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To verify your identity via a one-time SMS or WhatsApp passcode when you sign in
  • To coordinate transportation services between drivers and clients
  • To track driver location during active trips for safety and dispatch purposes

4. SMS & WhatsApp Messaging

Fantastic Tours Inc. sends two types of SMS and/or WhatsApp messages: (1) a one-time verification code (OTP) when you sign in, sent only when you initiate a sign-in attempt, and (2) reminders about an upcoming pickup or arrival for a transportation service booked with us, including the time, location, and a contact number for questions or changes. We do not send SMS or WhatsApp messages for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies — one message per sign-in attempt, plus reminder messages tied to your scheduled trips. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or contact us directly at 305-432-9793. Opting out of sign-in codes will prevent you from receiving the verification code needed to sign in.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate our service:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider
  • Twilio — our SMS and WhatsApp messaging provider
  • Hotel partners and dispatchers who coordinate your trip

6. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Location data is retained for 30 days and then deleted. Trip records are retained for up to 3 years for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the information below. We will respond within 30 days.
